Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 April 2026

1. About Us

Flash Loans UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a credit broker, not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our role is to introduce you to FCA-authorised lenders from our panel who may be able to offer you a personal loan. We do not make lending decisions, and we do not offer business loans or commercial funding.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a UK resident
  • Have a valid UK bank account
  • Have a regular source of income
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

3. Our Service

When you submit a loan application through our website, we will attempt to match you with a suitable lender from our panel. This may involve sharing your details with one or more lenders or third-party lead distribution services (ping-trees).

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that any lender will approve your application. A match or introduction does not constitute an offer of credit.

If you are matched with a lender, you will deal directly with that lender. Any loan agreement will be between you and the lender, not Flash Loans UK. You should carefully read the lender's terms and conditions before accepting any loan offer.

4. Fees

Flash Loans UK does not charge you any fees for using our service. Our service is completely free for borrowers. We receive a commission from lenders when a successful introduction is made. This does not affect the cost of your loan.

5. Credit Searches

By submitting an application, you consent to a soft credit search being carried out. A soft search does not appear on your credit file and does not affect your credit score.

If you are matched with a lender and proceed with an application, the lender may carry out a full (hard) credit check. This will be visible on your credit file. The lender will inform you before carrying out a hard credit check.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined and could constitute fraud.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Flash Loans UK or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flash Loans UK acts solely as a credit broker. We are not responsible for:

  • Any lending decisions made by lenders on our panel
  • The terms, conditions, or conduct of any lender you are introduced to
  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of a lender's services
  • Any technical issues, interruptions, or errors on our website

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with our service shall not exceed £100.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including lender websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at complaints@flashloansuk.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS): financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
